Its from Discotech, a band that looks like they have done alot of tunes to their name. Not much is known about the band at this point because I just found them out via palms out, but as always check their tracks on myspace

Now the video is a crack up. It features America's favorite douche bag Bill O' Reilly losing his cool while trying to sign off! Why do they have idiots like this on television?
The video is reminiscent to early EBN (Emergency Broadcast Network) videos from the mid nineties, which the group sliced up the footage and incorporate a dance beat to it
Overall its a hit!
