From Sweat it out!
We at Sweat It Out having been charting the progress of Harris Robotis for quite some time now. I remember a couple of light years back when he was just a humble little beta droid and releasing material with such synthesized love it would only be a matter of time before his smashing galactic hooks took hold. Well that time has come.
We are very proud to present Harris Robotis first release on Sweat It Out "Up All Night". It is quite simply A digital disco rave hell bent on interplanetary destruction. Huge sidewinding bass hooks, stabbing vocals and shifting piano breakdowns pump off cosmic toms and driving tech drums. Techno? House? Electro? Rave? Does not compute... it is all and none! Like a fifteen foot megabot let loose at a festival. Watch Out.
But if you think you can escape there is another danger lurking. Behind the VIP tent ready to entrap in a pincer formation. Jamie Fanatic remixes and edits the original, uploads the Korg Synth and unleashes total devastation. Your Vip pass will be smashed to bits. It is ode to the original but also an entirely new menace with chunks of shrapnel bass piercing off in all directions. It is now safe to come out
After great devastation comes a new dawn, a new beginning, a digital dawn. Knightlife's dazzling electro funk remix is the perfect story told, a weaving heroic saga where at first the battle still rages and your ass is shakin through to the happiness and love that peace and victory brings, truly a hands in the air moment. The story doesn't end here however.
To add to the otherwise awesome package we have included Up All Night (Reprise) and Express, an exploration into bent funk and solar disco. It will keep you up all night and probably well into the next. Enjoy.
