MUNK ft ASIA ARGENTO | live fast die old

It comes to no surprise that Asia Argento does sing from time to time. I've notice this when I was listening to a French electronic artist going by the name of "Toog" somewhere in the earlier 2004s in which I heard her sing on a Toog track named "LOU ETENDUE". And the results of her singing? Well if its anything.......it beats any sort of singing from Scarlett Johansson by miles!



Her dark deadpan beauty coupled by her Smokey (and I mean Smokey) voice is something to marvel about actually! I'm serious, her singing style is very adaptive and seductive towards any alternative sound that you can throw at her......which leads us to this video

Recently she collaborated with MUNK, who is signed to Gomma (A fresh ass dance label from Berlin in which MUNK is actually one of the founding members of the label) on a Track called "Live Fast, Die Old" which is a very old school sounding house track (dare I say "THE JUAN MACLEAN") with lots of pianos.

Pizzicato Five have shaped the topography of J-Pop forever, by being the best export from the land of the rising sun,and being loved the world over. And although the band have moved on (Maki Nomiya had a baby, while Yashuharu Konishi runs ******** records) many of their tunes still ring a resonance towards my attitude in regards to contemporary music today.

Now the video is a crack up. It features America's favorite douche bag Bill O' Reilly losing his cool while trying to sign off! Why do they have idiots like this on television?

The video is reminiscent to early EBN (Emergency Broadcast Network) videos from the mid nineties, which the group sliced up the footage and incorporate a dance beat to it

Overall its a hit!

Beginning from at least junior high school, Ayuse Kozue had aimed to become a singer and joined her school's dance team, hoping to fulfill that dream.

She starred in two DVD's released in 2000, before joining the dance group Selfish ART in 2001.

During high school, Kozue began studying desktop music (MIDIs, etc) through a music course and bought her first computer. After hearing one of her pieces, Towa Tei signed on as her creative director. In February 2006 Kozue released her first analog, the single boyfriend. It hit the top of CISCO's House chart for three weeks, and in April the single was released to iTunes. She was also featured as their Free Download for the first week in April. Around two weeks later, the single was released in CD format. She continued to release music in the following months with all lyrics, composition, and arrangement based on a producer she had met.

Scarlett Johansson first Music clip

This was ripped from Perez Hilton's website (don't ever doubt my hacking skills bitches!), but it appears to be the first ever music video from Scarlett Johansson.

Now if you can remember a couple of months back when she was singing "Just like honey" with The Jesus and the Mary Chain at the Coachella Festival, she hinted to the media that she was going to release her debut album of Tom Waits covers entitled "Anyway I lay my head".

Well this is the shit video from that album, and as much as I don't buy into the Perez hater crowd, I'm going to have to agree with them on this one.

Don't get me wrong, but I do love Scarlett's work on film. Although I didn't watch "The Horse Whisper", I did however watch the cult cool classic " Ghost World" in which I fell in love with her performance as Rebbecca, Enid's kooky friend (or was it Enid the kooky one?)

Listen I'm glad you have great taste in music Scarlett, but for the love of fuck, can't you stay in one profession? Did you know Minne Driver, the actress is a singer too? I wouldn't give her the time of day to listen to her music regardless on what other critics praises are. SHES AN ACTRESS! CHOOSE ONE OR THE OTHER BITCHES!

Do yourself a huge favor and buy a Tom Waits CD. You'll feel 10 times better than subjecting yourself to this crap. And to the sexy milky skin diva known as Scarlett.......Stick to acting,please!
