If there was a youtuber that speaks her mind, it would be K80blog! We at the frames fell in love with her whimsical wit and her retro fashion sense along with her subject matters that she speaks highly of on her youtube channel.

From phonebooks, Ramen, evil corporation's, to OPRAH, its just your run of the mill vlogging fun with K80Blog's humor thrown in....Heck look at the picture below from her myspace page...Now don't tell me you wouldn't find that funny...I mean she's doing a random crazy dance of some sorts. Firstly who the fuck gave these effin teenagers handycams huh? I mean who, their parents? I find Daxflame to be a bit more entertaining than these fucking kids! I find "Happyslip" to be as entertaining than these losers! Why the fuck can't these fuckwit kids entertain me for once...Its already enough that real T.V. doesn't do it for me anymore, so I find other ways to seek pleasure and entertainment (and I don't mean that in a sexual way). And so I seek the solace of youtube!






This year alone, I've have found a plethora of content on youtube that rivals any high budgeted show that a shitty network with truckloads of cash can produce! And I marvel at the fact that people worked within their imitations to make awesome content work!

As for the cream of the crop here in New Zealand and Australia?....Well the following shows (if you can call em that) we consider lack something..........substance!?...we think so! (and no we're not going to list their channels)

It comes to no surprise that Asia Argento does sing from time to time. I've notice this when I was listening to a French electronic artist going by the name of "Toog" somewhere in the earlier 2004s in which I heard her sing on a Toog track named "LOU ETENDUE". And the results of her singing? Well if its anything.......it beats any sort of singing from Scarlett Johansson by miles!



Her dark deadpan beauty coupled by her Smokey (and I mean Smokey) voice is something to marvel about actually! I'm serious, her singing style is very adaptive and seductive towards any alternative sound that you can throw at her......which leads us to this video

Recently she collaborated with MUNK, who is signed to Gomma (A fresh ass dance label from Berlin in which MUNK is actually one of the founding members of the label) on a Track called "Live Fast, Die Old" which is a very old school sounding house track (dare I say "THE JUAN MACLEAN") with lots of pianos.

In 2003, Naess released her stripped down, self-titled album for Outpost/Geffen in America, a record made in her own vision and a reaction to her previous experience at the mercy of major label shenanigans.

Shortly after the release and as things were starting to fall in to place, a sudden family tragedy stopped her in her tracks. Naess disappeared for a while!

Now she's back and is currently based in the U.K.(Despite being a New Yorker at heart) and is set to release her new album "THIRTEENS" which will available soon on POLYDOR / KID GLOVES!

The Black Kids are a band from Jacksonville, Florida consisting of Reggie Youngblood (vocals / guitar), Ali Youngblood (vocals / keys), Dawn Watley (keys /vocals), Owen Holmes (bass) and Kevin Snow (drums).
